Our Staffing and Recruiting team reviews applications and conducts initial phone interviews with qualified candidates before sharing resumes with our hiring managers. Hiring managers will select those that they would like to talk with in a panel interview. Our process is designed to allow you and our internal team to learn as much as possible about each other and determine whether we are each a good fit.
Magellan seeks to hire individuals at all levels of their professional career. Whether you are a recent college graduate or have years of experience, Magellan has roles to fit almost any interest. We need talented, motivated individuals in a variety of areas, including pipeline operations, engineering, accounting and information technology to name just a few.
Magellan’s Professional Development Program (PDP) is designed for recent college graduates to have a unique opportunity to accelerate learning and career experience in a few short years.
Successful candidates will rotate through three to five departments within the company, gaining valuable experience and a great understanding of the overall business. Participants also have the unique opportunity to attend Subject Matter Expert meetings from industry experts, developmental training events, and meet with various Magellan leaders throughout the program.
Learn more about being a part of the PDP by emailing staffing@magellanlp.com.
Magellan Midstream Partners accepts applications for the PDP on a semester basis. The recruiting window is typically January through March and August through October. Rotations typically start in either January or June of each year.
Magellan participates in on-campus interviews at Oklahoma State University, the University of Tulsa and the University of Oklahoma, as well as many other local and regional colleges to identify and recruit diverse talent.
If interested in applying for an on-campus interview, visit your campus career services center and submit your resume and transcript (official or unofficial). An application will also need to be submitted on the Magellan Midstream Partners website to be fully considered.
An important step for anyone entering the early stages of their professional career is gaining business experience. Magellan's internship program is designed to provide you with experience on real projects, tasks and responsibilities that will better position you for full-time roles.
