Make your move from college to the work world a smart one by applying for Magellan’s Professional Development Program.  Recent college graduates have a unique opportunity to accelerate their learning and career experience in a few short years.  Successful candidates will rotate through three to five departments within the company, gaining valuable experience and a great understanding of the overall business.  Participants also receive mentoring from key leaders to further promote development throughout their rotations. 

Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply: 

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in general business or a related field 
• Cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher (in major area of study and overall) 
• Three years or less professional work experience 
• Participation in and demonstrated leadership roles in philanthropic, civic or other organizations
